Berta's Siblings: A Logic Puzzle

Recently someone commented to me that they found it difficult to keep Berta's siblings straight.  Which ones were married and not, and who was older and younger.  As a result, I tried to think about the order that they all go in.  I was surprised in that rather than reciting from memory the order of their ages, I had to think through a little logic puzzle to figure it all out.

In the interests of amusement, I present the puzzle here to answer the question, "Name Berta's siblings from oldest to youngest."

Dumb Internet Ad

I was looking at Accuweather to check to see about the snow we're supposed to get through tomorrow and how it will affect our plans to go to New York this weekend, when I encountered this strange banner ad.

The ad does not describe what it is they're selling at all.  It's just a button that says optimistiacally, "You have 1 message waiting for you."  I couldn't think what it would be that they were selling, so I just went ahead and clicked it.

A few years ago, I recieved three copies of Blade on DVD.  While it's true that I liked the movie, we decided that a gift registry would be just the thing for avoiding this in the future.  So we set out in search for one on the internet that would suit our needs.
