I didn't get to hear all of it, since I was driving home from school at the time, but I got to hear a few words from the President's State of the Union Address and the subsequent Democratic response.

Let me say that I'm not too hopeful for the prosperity of our country as a result of hearing these speeches.

I've saw that Emmie over at I Don't Think had this list of movies posted.  Apparently, the list comes from IMDb, the internet movie database, and is the first 100 of the top 250 movies as voted by IMDb users.

So, in an effort to conform, I present my list of movies.  The ones in bold are the ones I've seen.  The list was taken from today, rather than the one that Emmie and others are using. 

I was pretty shocked at the news of the advocacy group that wants to put the King on the twenty.  They have put up a web site, putkingonthe20.com, that explains why they want the change and why he is more deserving of the honor than Andrew Jackson.  I haven't read the site, but I hear it's pretty informative.

You can see my impression of what the new $20 bill might look like here.  I think that they should do like they did with the stamps and use the image of Elvis before the weight gain.
