On Halloween morning, Berta, Abby and I went out with Dan, Dawn, Kerri, and Aidan to Linvilla Orchards in Media. It’s a pretty neat place, and a good fall trip for the festivities they had planned.

As I said to Bud earlier today, Americans are so stupid that only a candidate that panders to their idiocy can succeed. Put simply, our country is doomed.
Berta was at the doctor yesterday and it seems as though the baby is pretty ripe. They imagine that it will come out and do a jig any day now.
It is impossible to state the enormity of our unpreparedness in this matter.

Imagine that you’ve come home from a late night of gaming, and you’ve gone to bed to get rest for a long Halloween day of orchards and trick-or-treat. Then at 4am you’re awoken by strange noises from the living room - the doorknob rattling, the outside holiday decorations clattering against the door as it swings open and then shut again, and footsteps across the livingroom floor. That’s what happend to me early Halloween morning.
